Yesterday’s report

Many of you have been calling about the doctor’s report yesterday on Mom- Thank you… here is how it went.

Mom’s tumors have gotten larger and the number of tumors in both her lungs and in her liver has increased. The doctor gave her the decision to either quit Chemo or try a different kind of Chemo again, as she has not been responding to her current treatments. She has chosen to try one that she tried in the beginning along with a new kind combined. This particular kind of chemo made her really sick last time, but she’s going to give it another fight.

The doctor did say that her body will eventually reach a point where she will not be able to receive Chemo because her body will be too weak. Although, she is fairly weak right now, she is currently able to try a new dose today.

Yah, its hard news to receive. Mom and I were able to have a good time together last night. We talked about what the future could potentially look like in the next couple of months- hard but good. We will still continue to pray for a physical healing knowing that God can work His miracles. Please continue to pray for her, for me, for our family- that God would have His way in us- and that all would intimately know Him.
