Mom went through her first round of this new Chemo on Wednesday. She will receive it once every three weeks and then go in for a "booster" shot to help boost her immune system. She has been sleeping a lot and is pretty weak. She stays in bed unless one of "Shantra's world famous smoothies" brings her up... even then- she gladly accepts "room service." She has started eating again though, so hopefully she will gain some more strength. She is finding it difficult to get comfortable as she is in a bit of pain (especially at night) - but this comes and goes. Mom has had some great helpers come by and hang out with her. Thanks guys!
