Lori and I spent most of Saturday sitting on these rocks gazing out at the Adriatic. We reminisced about the past, present, and future. Don't you just love when you have no place to be, or no time schedule you have to meet? We just enjoyed time spent together in this beautiful place.
Croatia- We traveled safely back from Croatia. We enjoyed our time of meeting new people, hiking, relaxing, taking new adventures, and eating seafood. I have never seen or eaten squid so big in my life... they looked like they had starred in "Attack of the Squid!" At some points in the journey we just sat back and reflected on so many of the things we had been provided and were extremely thankful... Here are some... - a place to say at "Ma and Pa's house" out in the country when everything else was closed
- a 3 hour ride with a neat couple who "just so happened" to be traveling in our direction... They took us in and gave us a ride
- incredibly great seafood! Grandpa, you would love the mussels!
- Karmen who baked nice cakes and took care of us while showering us with incredible Croatian hospitality and let us stay in her apartment for really cheap
-Hikes around waterfalls and through beautiful natural springs
