Christmas
So... this year has started off with a boom! Christmas was great. It was neat experiencing it a little bit different this year! Usually I am running from house to house eating diligently as I go as if the world was ending in an hour... talking a hundred miles a minute as if conversation wouldn't happen in the allotted time... and thrusting out gifts for all to enjoy, as if we didn't have enough already! This year... I adopted the word simplicity into my vocabulary and I loved it! Christmas Eve I enjoyed a relaxing night with my cousins, mom, and Lor. Then on Christmas I was able to see all of my families including aunts, uncles, grandpa, dad, cousins, mom, and so on. It was great!
Dad, Heather, and my brothers on Christmas morning!
Visitors
Then... I had many special visitors from overseas come visit! Matt from Budapest came over bearing some nice Hungarian treats. Also coming from Hungary was Erin, a dear friend who delighted both Lori and I with conversation and just being reunited again. A long lost friend of about 26 years came up from California and we were able to enjoy good ol' Olive Garden! My old roomie from Slovakia who is deeply obsessed with cats even made a surprise appearance in Tacoma!
And last but not least... tonight we are supposed to have a huge snow storm! Yippee!!!!
