Jayne, the head of our English department sent out an encouraging message today to the English teachers. It reads: I have just been speaking to Elena and we are both really encouraged. When we look back on what the children, especially second stupen, were like last year in comparisaion it is amazing. There attitudes have changed, and that is a reflection upon you. It may not seem like you are making a difference, but you are.
